Service secures the right to support; eligibility guides the way
You may qualify if you are:
A veteran with an Honorable Discharge (men and women welcome)
A spouse of a living veteran
A surviving spouse of a deceased veteran
No income limit is considered.
No asset or net worth test is required.
No wartime service is required.
You do not need to be enrolled in VA Healthcare (though we can help you enroll if needed).
You may qualify if you meet the following:
You are a veteran (both men and women are welcome)
You received an Honorable Discharge from the military
No wartime service is required
You have VA Healthcare
You are in one of these situations
Currently hospitalized or in a rehab facility and about to be discharged, or
Living with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or similar conditions that make daily life harder (you do not need to be hospitalized)
Income & Asset Criteria
We prefer to follow income and asset guidelines similar to the VA Aid and Attendance program.
There is no strict income limit.
Your net worth (assets) should generally be $163,699 or less (this does not include your primary home or one vehicle).
